Frequently Asked
Can I use my hours at either studio?
Yes — your monthly hours work across both The Loft and the Daylight Suite. Split them however you like: 2 hours in the Daylight Suite and 1 at The Loft in the same month is no problem.
What makes the Founding rate different?
Founding members lock today's monthly price permanently — it never goes up, even as our rates rise. You also get 2 bonus hours your first month and priority access to slots and events. It's available to a limited founding group, then it's gone.
Do unused hours roll over?
Hours are allocated monthly and don't roll over, so plan your shoots ahead to make the most of your membership. Need more in a given month? Extra hours are available at your tier's overage rate.
What counts as an attendee?
Anyone present in the studio — talent, second shooters, stylists, clients, assistants. The maximums apply to total headcount in the space at any one time.
How does the 2-month commitment work?
Memberships run on a 2-month minimum so you have real time to build a content rhythm and see the value. After that you're month-to-month — pause, upgrade, or cancel anytime.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle once your 2-month minimum is met. Just reach out and we'll handle it.
